A Word From an Isolated Septuagenarian

We at home are glad to read the Bulletin. The reports of the meetings help us to realize our oneness in Christ Jesus. As John the Baptist, when in prison, was comforted to hear a good report of the work of Jesus, so we rejoice to know that our Saviour and Leader is honored in his followers in all lands who are striving to walk in "all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless." May God, the Father, bless the dear followers of his Son more and more. As we witness Christ's daily intercession for us, remember his death on Calvary, and claim the promise of his soon coming to take us, made like unto himself, to share in the peace and increase of his eternal kingdom, we are led to consecrate our all anew to him for service. This dear, blessed cause is worthy of the best we can give to it.
