South Lancaster Student Colporteurs

The accompanying illustration of student colporteurs is a concrete demonstration that South Lancaster Academy is helping to produce workers for the rich harvest-fields of the East. Much literature is sold by its students. Last year over fifteen thousand dollars’ worth of books alone was sold by student colporteurs. This year the prospects are good for as large sales as last year, or even larger. About fifty students, besides some of the members of the faculty, expect to enter the field.
When the students return in the fall, we notice a brighter and firmer look in their faces and more confidence in their manner. They tell of rich experiences and a stronger hold on God. We already hear of souls turned to God through the reading of the books they have sold. May God bless their work this summer.
