OAKLAND, CAL., FIFTH-DAY, APRIL 6, 1882

QUITE a number of people are moving to Healdsburg to avail themselves of the advantages of the Academy, which opens next Tuesday, the 11th inst.

North Pacific and Upper Columbia.

BRO. BOYD informs us that he will start for Oakland, on his way to Oregon, the latter part of this month. We congratulate the brethren of the North Pacific Conference for their prospect of speedily having a laborer who has given much attention to the work of organizing—a work which so much needs to be done in that Conference.
The President of the General Conference requests us to attend the Upper Columbia Camp-meeting in Washington Territory. Bro. Colcord informs us that it will be held in Dayton, in the same grove which they occupied last year. It is a good indication that the people of Dayton request them to hold it there again. We have not yet learned the time.
