Temperance Rally at New York Camp-Meeting

A GRAND temperance rally was held on Sunday afternoon, June 14, in connection with the Greater New York camp-meeting, at New Rochelle, N. Y. Addresses were delivered by the pastor of a local Methodist church, and the pastor of a Baptist church. Elder K. C. Russell, chairman of the Religious Liberty Bureau, spoke on the subject of "Prohibition and Personal Liberty." The holding of a temperance rally is a departure from the usual program in our camp-meetings, but such a meeting may do much good.
