Looking Beyond.

Beyond the stormy sea of time, Beyond this dark world's reign, Beyond all cares and ills and strife, A Heaven the saints will gain.
The path his people tread while here, Is stormy, dark, and lone; But hope is bright their hearts to cheer, And guide them to their home.
They look not here for pleasures pure, Their hopes reach far above, Unto those mansions which endure, Unending as God's love.
May I those mansions with them share, And walk those streets of gold; Jesus the Shepherd will be there, And there will be one fold.
