THE interest here holds out well. Some ten or twelve have embraced the truth during the meetings, and many are still considering the matter. We have given a straight testimony as our ability would allow on the Sabbath, Health Reform, Spiritual Gifts &c. and still we have a full house and good attention paid for two hours at a time. I have given twenty-five lectures, and have given out appointments for another week. The brethren and sisters here, are much encouraged and rejoiced to see their neighbors and friends manifest so much interest in present truth. We trust these are the beginning of better days for the church in Lapeer.
