The Health Reform Institute.

The necessary preliminary steps toward the formation of this Association have all been taken, so that the work can be completed at the time of the coming Conference. Friday, May 17, will be devoted to this enterprise, comprising the adoption of By-laws, the election of a board of Directors for the ensuing year, and such other business as it may be necessary to transact. Meeting to commence at 9 o'clock A. M. It is hoped that a good representation of the stockholders will be present to legislate in behalf of the further progress of this important branch of the work.
