Encouragement from Faribault County

BRO. A. B. BRANT writes from Faribault Co. Minn. We prize the weekly visits of the Review and have felt encouraged, admonished, and strengthened, by the excellent sermons therein. We would gladly write something cheering for its columns, but can only say, we feel to praise God for the light that has shone on our pathway through the faithful labors of some who love God and keep his commandments. The truth has been faithfully preached in this place in regard to the Bible Sabbath, also the nearness of the coming and kingdom of Christ, so that all are without excuse. But it is sad to think how few are willing to hear on these momentous subjects, and sad to think how few of those that do hear, and recieve the word with joy, bring forth fruit unto perfection. How few are willing to have fellowship with the sufferings of Christ that they may be partakers of his glory.
