We have sent $2000 to relieve the cause in Europe from embarrassment, and to forward the work here, in confident expectation that the friends of the cause would immediately respond to our call, and help bear this burden. Up to this time we have received only the following sums. We are in pressing need of the money to help on in other branches of the cause.
