“WASHINGTON Home of Adventists” was the heading of quite a long article in the Washington Sunday Times of September 6. The article was written in the most friendly spirit, and gave a particular account of the removal from Battle Creek, with the reasons for the change, together with a full statement concerning the purchase of the church building in this city, the organization and work of the Review and Herald Publishing Association, and a general view of the organization and beliefs of the denomination as a whole. The three leading papers of Washington, the Post, the Star, and the Times, have all viewed in a favorable way our plans for the work in this city.
