Unsigned Articles and Publication

WE receive occasionally an article for the paper without the signature of the writer. It is not always necessary that the name of the writer should appear in print, but to insure publication it is first necessary that each contributor should make himself known to the editor. This will explain to some anonymous writers why their communications have not appeared.
