An Aged Father's Advent Defense

The article on the Second Coming of Christ, on page 75, is from the pen of my venerable father, eighty-four years of age. In conversation with an aged skeptic who expressed his doubts, not only on the Advent doctrine, but of the word of God, my father was aroused to speak in defense of the sacred Scriptures, and the Second Advent doctrine, which hold so large a place in their pages.
