A Good Admission

ELIZA H. MORTON
At one of the meetings of the Layman's Convention recently held in Portland, Maine, Dr. John Fort, a representative of the Methodist denomination, made the following good admission:—
“I want to confess, brethren, that I am a believer in the tithing system. We must come to the realization that we are stewards for God, and what he has given us is to be administered to his glory. When the church of Jesus Christ will acknowledge God's ownership of all it possesses, by paying tithes, we won't have to worry about methods.”
