South Texas

THE work among the Mexicans in the South Texas Conference is prospering. Two Mexican churches have already been organized this year, with a membership of forty-three. Many of these came to us directly from Catholicism, and in the same locality are fifteen candidates awaiting baptism. In several other places there are small groups of believers, and some waiting to be baptized. From every quarter come calls for help, and we are not able to answer them all. Pray that we may be faithful in doing our work for this needy people.
