“Go Work”

F. C. CLARK
The sun is sinking in the west, And night is drawing on, The night of trouble for the world, That comes before the dawn.
“Are all the lambs within the fold?” “Where are my ‘other sheep’?” What answer can you give your Lord? Go work, and pray, and weep.
No time to idle! While the day Yet lingers, you may win A soul that otherwise would die In loathsomeness and sin.
The night is coming—almost here! O hasten, while you may, To rescue men from death and hell, Unto eternal day!
Crawford, Nebr.
