American State Papers

“AMERICAN STATE PAPERS” is attracting the attention of lawmakers and men of influence and leaders of thought throughout the country. A number of these men have expressed their high appreciation of it. The effect of reading it is seen in the following, from a congressman: “There is not much persuasion needed to convince me that Congress should not interfere in matters of religion. In other words, I do not want any law formed which will regulate my Sundays or the Sundays of anybody else.”
There is no doubt that the influence of this book will have much to do in holding in check the almost frenzied efforts of certain religio-political organizations on behalf of Sunday laws. Every Seventh-day Adventist should read the book, and assist either personally or financially in its circulation among the lawmakers of the various States in this country. Price, cloth binding, $1.25.
