The Memory Verse Cards

THE Sabbath School Worker reports over two thousand Memory Verse Cards sent out before March 28. Our Sabbath-schools are just beginning to recognize the practical value of these cards in kindergarten and primary departments. Through the use of these cards, not only the membership and attendance are increased, but a real relish for the school is created, and the children get through these verses what they would not without them.
The Takoma Park Sabbath-school has one little boy only three years old who, though he can not read, can repeat every scripture on every Memory Verse Card for the past quarter. When he sees the cards, the scriptures on them are given correctly. He never gets them confused. This case illustrates the value of aiding the mind through the eye. In real value the cards are worth far more than seven cents a set.
