Wait for the Storm to Pass

By Jean Dwight Franklin

O, CHEERILY smile And wait awhile; For the storm will soon be over. There's a bit of blue In the sky for you, There's sweetness yet in the clover. O, rest and wait Though a burden great On thy heavy heart is pressing; For a hand of Love Will the cross remove, And leave, instead, a blessing. — Jean Dwight Franklin.
