LET church elders, missionary leaders, and lay members unite in making the December 24 service the best yet. For the suggestive program, see REVIEW of December 8. In many cases the suggestive program can be changed, or adapted to local conditions. Study the needs of your community, and devise simple yet effective plans whereby souls may be reached. Above all, pray that the Holy Spirit of God may actuate us, accompany us in the work, and prepare the homes of the people for the reception of the truth. “Who hath despised the day of small things?” “Not by an army, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” Zech. 4:10, 6, margin.
