A LETTER from Elder E. W. Snyder, of Cuba, says: “Brother W. F. Mayer, formerly of Corpus Christi, Tex., arrived in Havana, March 7, with the object of canvassing the sugar districts of Cuba. In order to be prepared he has brought his wagon with him.”
