Labor Among the Danes Near Fremont

Fremont, Dodge Co., Jan. 28.—Since the 25th of December I have labored among the Danes eight miles north of Fremont. The truth was presented here three years ago, and six commenced keeping the Sabbath, two of whom have moved away. We have had good, attentive audiences. At our last meeting twenty-two expressed their belief that the seventh day is the Sabbath. The Spirit of the Lord has been with us in these meetings. I visited forty-three families, and obtained thirty subscribers for our periodicals. Sold books to the value of $7.50, and received $3.50 in donations. JOHN JOHNSON.
