LYNCHBURG.—We are still holding meetings on Park Avenue, with good interest. We have purchased the Baptist church, which will be a source of strength to our work here. I am alone now, as Brother Purdham has gone to his home to look after the school work which we are starting there. He has been away nearly two weeks, but I expect him back next week. Four others have accepted the truth. This makes about twenty-five in all since we began tent work here. T. H. PAINTER.
