THOSE who have written us regarding the article “How to Make Hens Lay in Winter,” which appeared in our issue of Dec. 10, 1901, will please take notice that a contradiction of the same was printed in the very next paper, Review for Dec. 17, 1901, entitled “Best Winter Food for Hens.” It seems that thousands of other papers throughout the country were also deceived by the statements made concerning red albumen, by the U. S. Salyx Co.
