Deaths from the Sun’s Rays

Two hundred and six deaths from the sun’s rays was the report received from New York City for a single day, July 2. Hundreds more were prostrated, of whom many were soon dead. From this some very faint conception may be had of the conditions that will be realized under the fulfillment of Rev. 16:8, 9: “And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat.”
