Slow Business.

SEVERAL times requests have been made in the REVIEW, besides the standing address in the paper, that all business should be sent to the Office, and not to private persons. To show the necessity of this, I state that a brother wrote to me to have the address of his papers changed; his letter was dated Nov. 12, 1873. It was put into my hands in the Office to-day, Feb. 24, 1874. Where it has been in the interim I cannot say. It has been following me from place to place, far from the Office, most of the time. Please do not send any more Office business to me.                                                                                                                     J. H. W.
