The Cause in California

The friends of the cause everywhere will rejoice in the good news from California. The recent contest between truth and error in that State has resulted in greatly strengthening the friends of truth there, and placing the cause on a firmer basis. Like a Gibraltar the truth stands through every storm, while the puny waves of error melt away in harmless foam at its feet. The publication of a paper there, for which the way is open, and which Bro. White is now engaged in starting, will give strength and permanency to the cause there. We rejoice in the prospect of a good work being accomplished all along the Pacific Coast. We are sure that every lover of the truth will feel to bid Bro. White God speed in his noble undertaking, and all who can will assist in a more material way. U. S.
