Philippine Priests Imprisoned

It has been reported from London that the Philippine junta in that city has the information that the United States Civil Commission in the Philippines has imprisoned three native priests for refusing to recognize the authority of Archbishop Chapelle. If this seems incredible, it should be borne in mind that other things, naturally and Constitutionally just as incredible, to have actually been done there by the authority of the United States.
