Offering for Orphans and Aged

At the last General Conference Committee council, in October, it was recommended that each union conference administer the funds contributed in the annual collections for orphans and aged. On page 16 the officers of the General Conference make an announcement regarding this plan, and call attention to the offering to be taken the first Sabbath in April.
