Dixon, Cal.

Last Sabbath and First-day morning I spent with the church here, holding three meetings with a fair attendance and interest.
I was much pleased at this meeting to meet with Dr. S. M. Meeker, who heard us preach at Elmira last winter, but went to his home in Kern county before our meetings closed. The doctor reports himself keeping the law; also his wife, who has never heard a sermon on the subject, but has read the SIGNS OF THE TIMES, with other of our publications. The doctor and family expect to attend our southern camp-meeting, and will probably unite with us there.
Two have signed the covenant at Dixon during this meeting.
We have in Sacramento twenty-six names on the covenant, with others keeping the Sabbath, and interest in the meeting is still good. Pray for us. W. M. HEALEY.
