We now have our tent pitched in this place, and shall commence meetings here to-morrow evening.
Meetings at Pacheco closed on the evening of July 23. Four more have signed the covenant, making in all nine who are now keeping the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. Several others are observing the Sabbath, some of whom it is hoped will accept other points of our faith. We shall meet with this little company upon the Sabbath. J. D. Rice, July 28. A. Brorsen.
