North Pacific Mission.

The last Sabbath and Sunday in April, Bro. Jones and myself held meetings in Jefferson. Six discourses were given, the attendance was good, and much interest was manifested. Twelve covenanted together to keep the Sabbath and keep up Sabbath meetings. They were not ready to organize into a church. Bro. Bellinger was chosen leader. The prospect is fair for a good little church of Sabbath-keepers in this place.
Last Sabbath we were here in Salem, and had a good meeting. On Sunday we went to Eola and held two meetings. The people have not lost their interest to hear, they turned out well. Good meetings are held at the church every Sabbath, and the courage of the members is good.
We now design to pitch our tent in Dallas and commence meetings about the 18th of May. We are of good courage.
