Credit Business.

WHEN business is sent to this Office accompanied with the money, we do not care who sends it. But when business is sent to be charged to State T. and M. Societies, it should always be sent through the State Secretary.
At this Office we charge the State Society with everything ordered by the society, and credit it with all received from it. To avoid mistakes and losses of business by mail, the State Secretary must do the same. This cannot possibly be done if business is sent direct to this Office by any other officer than the State Secretary. We therefore request that all credit business be done through the State Secretary.
