THE HEALTH REFORM INSTITUTE.

At the meeting of the stockholders of the Health Reform Institute there was not enough stock represented to insure a legal meeting. But after several shares were taken a majority of the stock was represented by shares and proxies to the amount of seven hundred and twenty shares. The financial report shows the assets of Institute over all liabilities to be $37,690.18, making an increase of $6,318.19 during the past year. This, considering the hard times during the last year, must be considered a very flattering report.
