DISTRICT No. 8.—San Jose, June 24 and 25.
DISTRICT No. 9.—San Francisco, June 24 and 25.
The librarians in each church should see that blanks for quarterly reports are placed in the hands of all their missionary members, in season to be filled out and returned to the librarian by the Sabbath before your district quarterly meeting. If any of the librarians lack blanks for reports, drop a postal card to your district secretary immediately on reading this.
Immediately after the close of each district quarterly meeting the district secretary should forward to the State Secretary, sister Lucie Bush, Woodland, Cal., a report of the workings of the district for the quarter. The report should state how many missionary members there are in the district, and how many have reported. Obtain as full a report as possible from every member in each district. It is hoped that every district will send in a full report this quarter, that the secretary’s report at the State Quarterly Meeting may be complete.
