Work for Jesus.

Go, gather in the harvest, The gospel trumpet calls, Before the shades of evening In gloomy shadows fall.

The harvest is abundant, And laborers are few; There's work for every willing hand, There's work for me and you.

Come, labor for the Master, Come, lend a helping hand: Do not delay, but come away, No longer idly stand.

Each sheaf you save for Heaven, In glory bright will shine; Yea, as the stars forever, With radiance sublime.

Then work with willing fingers, Be faithful, zealous, true; Deny thyself, but ever keep The cause of Christ in view.

So, when your life is ended, From Christ your blessed Lord, You will receive in honor A great and rich reward.
