We have sent our paper to many who have not yet paid anything for it. By this time these persons know whether it is worth to them the small sum required. They need our paper, and we need their patronage. We invite these to become full-paying subscribers for volume two, and we will give them volume one. In this case they will receive two full volumes for the small sum of $3.00. Those who do not immediately respond to this liberal offer may expect that their paper will be discontinued.
