Directors' Meeting.

Immediately following the stockholders' meeting held April 3, 1877, a meeting of the Directors of the P. S. D. A. Publishing Association was held for the purpose of electing officers for the ensuing year. On motion, Jas. White was chosen President; J. E. White, Secretary; and Geo. Manuel, Treasurer. On motion, Jas. White, J. N. Loughborough and Geo. Manuel were chosen as a Committee on Publications. On motion, by J. N. Loughborough, the same editors were continued as during the previous year. Moved, by J. N. Loughborough, and seconded, that James White, or some one he may appoint, act as business agent. Carried. Some minor matters relating to the Signs Office were considered when the meeting adjourned to meet at the call of the President.
