A Reader Supports Missions

“A READER of the REVIEW”—a sister not a member of our church, she says—sends five hundred dollars for the annual offering for missions. She adds: “I send it to you because I approve most heartily of the way your people raise money for the Lord’s work.” It is to be understood as an appreciation of the simple Scriptural plan of money raising for the cause of God. Such a gift is very cheering in view of the needs in the mission fields.
