A Unique Conference Paper

SOMETHING new in the way of a local conference paper appears in the first number of the Gospel Medical Messenger, published by the Virginia Conference. As its name indicates, its mission is to be a messenger of the progress of the combined evangelistic and medical work, which is to be carried forward in Virginia. It is stated that its object is not to set aside the union conference paper, the Columbian Union Visitor, but that the two are to be taken together. A combination subscription price of sixty cents for the two is made. The Messenger, outside of Virginia, is fifty cents a year. The paper presents a very neat appearance, and gives promise of an interesting publication L. A. H.
