Silent Colors in Fashion

The goddess of fashion, so the reports say, has decreed that “American women of fashion will wear ‘silent colors’ this season.” The suggestion comes from Paris, and it is out of respect for the women of Europe who are mourning the loss of fathers and sons and brothers destroyed in battle.
