Don't Procrastinate

The other day a man was telling of his experience in coming into the truth. Almost by accident he went to hear preaching at a tent pitched in his town. About the middle of the week, he heard the message; and he observed the next Sabbath. He said, “I have always been glad I did not let one Sabbath pass, but have kept every Sabbath I have known.”
What a difference from some of us! We hang back, hoping there may be some other way. We are almost sorry we know the truth, for it cuts across our ways and desires.
How glad we should be that God shows us the truth, that we might be free from sin, and from the darkness which has been heaped upon the word of God! It is a love of the truth that makes it a saving power. It is a lack of this love that leaves us to the delusions of Satan, so that we finally believe a lie to be the truth. See 2 Thess. 2:10-12. U. BENDER.
