Weave in the Blessings

By WORTHIE HARRIS HOLDEN
*My loom was idle while I vainly pondered How to procure the tapestries I sought For an adornment meet within the temple, When some good angel answered to my thought:*
*“Use thou the warp by God Himself appointed,— Thy heartfelt praise continual to Him, Weave in thy blessings and abundant mercies. Thy woof shall never fail, nor sight be dim.”*
*Now I amazed behold the wondrous beauty Of threads of gold and red and royal blue That blend into a marvel cloth of glory, Entwining threads of varied size and hue.*
*Of weaving thus I cannot lag nor weary— Each day anew His measure runneth o’er. He loadeth it from morning until evening; For heaven holds for all, abundant store.*
