Essaad Pasha Assassinated

Essaad Pasha, who commanded the Turks throughout the siege of Scutari, and who, upon the evacuation of the forts of that place, withdrew his army and formed the provisional Albanian government, has been assassinated. Doubtless, according to the reports, some political trickery is back of the assassination.
