Balkan Peace Delegates Arrive in London

On May 19 the peace delegates from the various nations, who are to settle the difficulties in the Balkans, were welcomed to London by Sir Edward Grey. They have a big task before them. The Balkan allies are manifesting a disposition not to be satisfied with what is offered them by the diplomats, and it is feared that there is still further trouble ahead.
