Dress Fads and the High Cost of Living

A professor in the Chicago University has come forward with the theory that the dress fads among women are the cause for the high cost of living. Possibly that has something to do with it. It may be properly considered as one among the many causes that have combined to make the cost of living high. There is no one thing alone that can be singled out and charged with having produced high prices. A multitude of things have entered into it.
