A Sweeping Decision

THE state supreme court of North Dakota has just handed down a decision which will be far-reaching in its effect upon those engaged in selling substitutes for beer in the state of North Dakota. The finding of the supreme court in the famous test case which has been taken before it, is that the prohibition law of that state applies not only to whisky and beer, but to any and every substitute for these liquors, whether or not they contain alcohol.
