Corruption in Montreal.— We learn from the London Times that there have been recent revelations before the Royal Commission of great corruption in the civic administration of Montreal. Public opinion has been mightily stirred, so that an overwhelming majority of the people have voted for the establishment of a civic cabinet, to be known as Board of Control; and for a reduction of the number of aldermen.
