Anti-Mormon Literature.—

We have received from the publisher, Mr. R. B. Neal, of Pikeville, Kentucky, a number of publications entitled “The Sword of Laban” leaflets. These publications are anti-Mormon. No. 8 is entitled “The ‘Book of Commandments’ versus the ‘Book of Doctrine and Covenants;’ ” No. 9, “Are the American Indians of Jewish Descent?” No. 10, “The Character and Reputation of the Mormon Prophet;” another, “Was Joseph Smith a Polygamist?” These publications do not in any wise mince matters, nor stop for a choice of gentle words. They strike, however, some tremendously hard blows, and we certainly hope that they will result in opening the eyes of many to the Mormon delusion which is based not on the Bible, but on the erring human.
