In Harper's Weekly of September 18 General Homer Lea begins a series of articles entitled “The Valor of Ignorance, the Vulnerability of the United States to Armed Invasion.” This is the first of a series of articles dealing with the military occupation of the Pacific Coast by the forces of Japan. We have not space at this time to even review this article. We shall lay some of the conclusions before our readers in future numbers.
