Forest Fires Destroying Millions in Wealth

Forest fires are reported from various parts of the country, and these fires are eating up millions upon millions of wealth in forests. In various parts of California, in the Sierras, and in the Rocky Mountain regions, and in various parts of Canada, these fires have been raging for weeks. It would seem as tho there ought to be more intelligent state and government supervision. A few thousands spent in the employment of faithful men to patrol these regions would probably save millions of dollars in property.
